About These Terms

By attending a Sorsi gathering, submitting an inquiry, or participating in a Sorsi experience, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all Sorsi gatherings, collaborations, communications, and hosted experiences.

Attendance and Invitations

Attendance to Sorsi gatherings is limited and subject to availability. Invitations or confirmations are intended for the original guest and may not be transferred without prior approval. Sorsi reserves the right to decline, modify, or cancel attendance at its discretion.

Changes and Cancellations

Due to the intimate nature of Sorsi gatherings, confirmations are generally final. If you are unable to attend, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate a transfer or future consideration where appropriate.

In the event a gathering is postponed or canceled by Sorsi, guests will be contacted directly regarding available options.

Guest Experience and Conduct

Sorsi gatherings are designed to foster a thoughtful, respectful, and intimate atmosphere. Guests are expected to respect fellow attendees, venues, collaborators, and hosts throughout the experience.

Sorsi reserves the right to ask any guest to leave a gathering if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

Guest Responsibility

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend gatherings where wine may be present. Guests are expected to make responsible personal decisions throughout the evening, including transportation arrangements and personal consumption choices.

Photography and Media

Photography and video may occasionally be captured during Sorsi gatherings for editorial, storytelling, or promotional purposes.

Guests who prefer not to appear in photo or video content are encouraged to notify the host upon arrival, and we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate their preference.

Venues and Third Parties

Certain Sorsi gatherings may take place in collaboration with independent venues, creatives, or hospitality partners. Sorsi is not responsible for the actions, services, or policies of third-party collaborators or locations.

Limitation of Liability

Participation in any Sorsi gathering is voluntary. By attending, guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for their personal wellbeing, belongings, and conduct throughout the experience.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sorsi and its collaborators shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or unforeseen damages arising from participation in a gathering.

Privacy

Personal information shared through inquiries, RSVPs, or mailing list signups is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Updates to These Terms

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in gatherings, collaborations, or operations. Continued participation in Sorsi experiences constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
